And the result is......

29/9 - 今天一早八点半到达医院验血。因为没有吃早餐的关系，抽血的时候，护士说我的血管“collapsed"。白白挨了一针。吃完早餐，又回去抽血，还好这次成功抽到血。不然真的是冤枉咯！

我的Beta HCG count 是2666。
如果没有怀孕是<10。

这次我让老公敲TMC的铃（他们有一个铃，每个拿到Positive Result的夫妇都要敲一敲那的铃的，然后在座的所有人都会拍手），老公还把人家的绳子拉断。

两个礼拜的等待，我做了什么？

胚胎移植过后，我在家休息了两天（刚好是公共假期）。
周末就每天逛街，周日就会公司上班。
晚上在家扫地、洗衣、照顾孩子，日子像平常一样，只不过会比较累。

我其实不相信躺在床上两个礼拜会提高受孕率。因为胚胎移植过后，如果成功，大概几天时间就会植入子宫，所以，适当的活动是可以的，比如轻微的家务，如洗碗、晒衣烫衣、扫地等等，都不会使到胚胎“掉“出来的。

We decided to have a 2nd baby since last month.
Went to see Dr Surinder again for advice. We have 15 frozen embryos (10 Day-5s and 5 Day-6s)


8/9   - Follicle Scan (Right - 1 Follicle at 15mm). Jap Pregnyl to boost the maturity.
Cost:  RM90 (Consultation) + RM60 (Vaginal Scan) + RM3 (Admin Charges) + RM100 (Pregnyl Injection)


9/9   - Follicle Scan (Right - 1 Follicle at 19.5mm)
Cost:  RM90 (Consultation) + RM60 (Vaginal Scan) + RM3 (Admin Charges)

10/9 - Follicle Scan (Already ovulated)
Cost   RM90 (Consultation) + RM60 (Vaginal Scan) + RM3 (Admin Charges) + RM3,000 (Frozen Embryo Thawing Fees) + RM120 (8 pcs of Cyclogest)

14/9 - FET scheduled at 4pm.
I drove to TMC alone as hubby had to sit for an exam at the same time. However, after meeting with Dr, I was told that they thawed 10 Day-5 embryos only 8 were poor quality, 1 Poor/Fair and 1 Fair.

I was shocked. All the while I was thinking that I am a lucky person. A lucky person does not have to go through this.

I was relating it to the occasions that happened to the people around me recently.
1) My team mate failed her IVF fresh cycle in July, and her frozen embryos "DIED" before the August FET.
2) My boss just lost his 3-day-old baby girl last month.

I still have another 5 Day-6 embryos. Dr asked me whether do I want to wait for another day to thaw the Day-6 embryos or do I want to just transfer the only 1 Day-5 Fair embryo.

Well, at this moment, without my husband beside me, I made a decision to wait for another day as I was thinking, if the Fair embryo could not wait for another day, there is no point for them to put it back to my uterus as very high chance it will not grow also.

I called hubby to tell him about all these. He was calm and advise me to go home and rest. And he will accompany me to the clinic the next day.

15/9 Appointment with Dr at 10am. 30 minutes after arriving and taking blood pressure, the sonographer Ms Yong asked me for a scan. Well, this is definitely a good sign for me as if the sonographer asked you for a scan, meeting they have scheduled you for a transfer.

YES! I am right! My 2 embryos from Day-5 (1 Fair, 1 Fair/Poor) had actually survived!
The 1 Fair/Poor has grown to grade Fair.
What a good news for us.

The embryo transfer was scheduled at 11.30am.
Doctor came in at 11.45am and procedures was done at 12pm.

I was then wheeled back to the day care room and need to rest for 2 hours.

Cost:  RM1600 (Embryo Transfer) + RM435 (Cyclogest for 2 weeks) + RM3 (Admin Charges)
* Cyclogest are to be inserted into vagina on 11am and 11pm daily.

16/9 I was feeling a sharp pain on my abdomen. Wondering if this is implantation discomfort?

Who knows....?

And now I begin my 2 weeks wait~
