想象一下，两个宝宝同时间在踢，我的肚子就好像要爆炸似的，尤其是睡觉的时候，左侧躺也不是，右侧躺也不是。脊椎骨更是疼得要拿命。老公还问我要不要买台轮椅给我坐。
家务完全不能做，因为根本不能弯腰，现在的肚子就好像人家快要生似的那么大。
没有请陪月，也没有人要做双胞胎陪月，就定了28天月子餐（生了以后我会和大家分享月子餐的水准）还有冲凉用的大风艾药包，超方便的。这次不想叫妈妈来，她来到我更加头痛。
老公换了工作，总公司在美国，他的办公室就在家里，所以照顾宝宝的事情应该可以应付的来吧。加上下个月就会把女儿送去Day Care，那我做月子的时候至少可以专心一点。
前天驾车从公司停车场出来，在塞着车，后面那辆车无端端撞了上来，年十五才刚过，就飞来横祸。哎，自叹倒霉！
看！还不到一年的新车。。。。
下个星期还要到槟城开会4天，这将会是我生产之前的最后一个business trip了。心里面多么的不想去，可是，要打好一份工作并不容易啊！

我有个朋友也是怀双胞胎，她曾经告诉我那个过程和你所说的一样，她说很辛苦。

只是，我在想，两个小瓜出世后，还得费很多精神时间照料，你做月和老公，真的能胜任吗？够时间好好补身子吗？
I am even more worried after reading ur post. Especially my hubby will b on biz trip quite often this yr. we don't hv a helper right now. My gal is already in full day child care. And her previous nanny is helping me to pick her up currently. Hope everything will b fine. Will b looking for a domestic helper.

I am consider quite lucky because I am staying with my in laws and both of them are quite young and active(60 yrs old).
And we have a maid to do the cleaning and washing.
I think you should start booking your confinement lady now as it's very difficult to book in the year of Dragon.
I have actually simplified a lot of things especially my confinement meal (delivery), herbal bath (I will bring the electric kettle and a big pot to my bathroom, and just add hot water to my herbal bath sachets).
